About the Democrats' war on women, now they have turned on Mitt's wife.

Thought for the day: if being a stay-at-home mom is  so easy,  why all those abortions (1.4 million per year)? --  Rush

There is a female pundit who works for CNN,  someone you have never heard of before,  I am sure,  who actually took the time to insult Ann Romney for being a stay-at-home mother.  Her name is Hilary Rosen.   Speaking to Anderson Cooper at CNN concerning Mitt Romney's wife,  Ann Romney,  Ms. Rosen said,

His wife has never actually worked a day in her life. She’s never really dealt with the economic issues that a majority of the women in this country are facing—in terms of how do we feed our kids, how do we send them to school, and how do—why we worry about their future.

Don't think Ann was a busy mother ??!!
I don't know.  Maybe Rosen is jealous that Ann Romney got her degree from Harvard instead of George Washington University.  Maybe she is angry that she will never be the wife of a governor.  Maybe its the fact that Ann has five children and Rosen does not, or that Ann's husband knows how to make money (Mitt did not inherit his wealth,  by the way).  Or maybe it is fear that drives this woman . . . . fear that these are the last days of Barack Obama's time in office.

Funny, just a few years ago,  a woman raising five kids was universally thought of as working full time and then some.  Ann Romney is a woman with a cause.  In addition to being a mom and a wife and the caretaker of the Romney home,  Ann Romney is fighting Multiple Sclerosis.

Looks like the Obama generation of revolutionaries has struck out again. You never win criticizing someone who is fighting a death defying illness,  and doing so with grace.

Update:  looks like Rosen does not know when to quit when she is ahead. Rather than moving on,  as a full blooded conservative woman would do,  Ms Rosen has decided to move forward with your challenged opinion

Rosen tweeted at Ann Romney, saying: “I am raising children too. But most young American women HAVE to BOTH earn a living AND raise children. You know that don’t u?” Later, Rosen tweeted again at Romney: “Please know, I admire you. But your husband shouldn’t say you are his expert on women and the economy.”

Rude and without a moment's worth of grace,  Rosen has happily given this conservative blogger ammunition he will be using throughout the campaign season,  you know that, don't you?

From the Free Beacon,  we have this report on Ms Rosen.  Was she a Deocrat operative?  This report offers insight into the answer . . . . . . . . click to continue

Since 2011, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) has paid $120,000 to the lobbying firm SKDKnickerbocker, where Rosenworks as a managing director. Records show that the money paid for the services of a “communications consultant” and a “media consultant.”
There is reason to believe that the “consultants” are Rosen and former White House communications director Anita Dunn, another SKDK employee who is embroiled in a number of political controversies.
The Wall Street Journal reported in February that “seasoned Democratic female pros” Rosen and Dunn were enlisted help DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz “tone it down.”
White House records reveal that Rosen has made at least 35 visits to the Obama White House, making her a more frequent visitor than Wasserman Schultz. She has previously worked as a staffer for a number of Democratic lawmakers including former Gov. Brendan Byrne (D., N.J.) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D., Calif.).
Politico noted that since graduating from George Washington University in 1981, Rosen has “never left Washington.”
Since October 2011, Rosen has been identified as a “Democratic consultant” at least 20 times during her frequent appearances on CNN.
She currently serves on the board of the left-wing Center for American Progress Action Fund, the partisan arm of the Center for American Progress, both of which are supportive of President Obama and the Democratic Party.
CAP Action did not return requests for comment on their board member’s attack on Romney.
