Why the Media Blitz on Cain - think Eric Holder

Two things are going on that have escaped critical review.

First, this business about Herman Cain. I hate the story and will wait until it washes out. But "why this story?" and "why now?" As the headline suggests, this is more about keeping Eric Holder off the front page than anything else, hence 50 network news stories in the past three days - all about a story with absolutely no specifics. Incredible. The Cain story is good for the gossip mongers, but it is hardly criminal and may not be "in appropriate."

Not true for Holder. It is obvious that the man lied under oath, that his decisions are, in part, responsible for the deaths of two of our agents and more than 300 innocent Mexicans, all murdered with guns coming directly from Fast and Furious. Understand that the code name, "Fast and Furious," originated - by DOJ policy - with Eric Holder. No one else presents "code names," only the head of the Department of Justice, which means, of course, that Holder knew about this program from the beginning. Let's not forget his manifest black bias, his release of two convicted New Black Panthers, his policy of not pursuing campaign complaints involving black minorities, and his continuing effort to prevent the current investigation. The Marxist Media NEEDS Herman Cain, so we will just have to listen to this meaningless nonsense another week or two. One thing for certain: if Cain wins the nomination, the media has nothing left to fire at the man. One wonders why they did not wait until the actual campaign? Is there something else going on - a campaign strategy involving Romney, perhaps?

Secondly, there is the matter of Obama running around the country, shooting off his class warfare mouth. That really in not in the news as much as it should be. Why is he using this campaign strategy? Because he has no record to run on. Period. But who is asking? Certainly not the media. No reporting on the 15 job related bills, past by the House and sent to the Senate where they rot on Hapless Harry's desk. The House has past a annual budget, the first in three years, but, again, the Democrats in the Senate, refuse to finalize this budget proposal. This country has been without a budget for 919 days - not one day of this bit of idiocy is the fault of the GOP. But, again, who is reporting this?

Deflect attention. Divide the opposition. And conquer.

That is what is going on. And that is not being reported, either.
