After all is said and done, after hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars have been spent flying our version of a dictator around the country, Obama's "total approve" numbers have not changed to any appreciable degree, whatsoever. More importantly, his "strongly approve" average is down 9 points from this time a year ago.
