The House Energy and Commerce Committee issued subpoenas for a large number of specific documents having to do with the Solyndra scandal . . . . . . and as of last night, this is officially a scandal.
Rather than complying, or declining to release some of the documents on the grounds of "executive privilege," the Marxist bum we have running around in our White House simply said "no."
Here is the most critical portion of the response letter, written by Obama counsel, Kathryn Ruemmler (note the German sounding last name) :
"I can only conclude that your decision to issue a subpoena, authorized by a party-line vote, was driven more by partisan politics than a legitimate effort to conduct a responsible investigation," (Read the full White House response here).
That is the long form of “screw all of you.”
The man simply needs to be impeached , but there is not enough time before the 2012 elections. A shame. He really needs to be gone. For what it is worth, I am as tired of this rebellious, immature, know nothing man-child as I can get.
Understand that his actions demonstrate the deep and abiding contempt he has for the way this nation works. We have elected a tyrant to the presidency. He is not embarrassed by his personal failings. He absolutely does not care about public opinion. He ignores present law, enforcing only those laws he sees as righteous. “No” to existing federal border law. “No” to the separation of powers. “No” to immigration compliance laws. “No” to the Defense of Marriage law. “No” to his own promises for increased civility and bipartisanship. He is crafty enough to use existing law to empower himself to a dictatorial end game. Will he step down, should he lose the 2012 elections?
I am telling you, there is serious question in my mind, that he will comply with the election results. We already know that he has the legalese available, to rewrite law in the “signing privilege," to confiscate property and remain secretive with "executive privilege," and to declare marshal law with an ease that did not exist prior to 2007. Think I am kidding? Well, maybe this note from Wikipedia will set you straight - and Bush did this. As of this very moment in time, as I write this post, I have officially lost all respect for our 43rd president. He proved to be an enemy of our free society. Forget the war of words concerning Iraqi intervention. Look at the power Bush has given to Obama with the signing of the bill described below. The National Guard is an exception, since unless federalized, they are under the control of state governors.[14] This was changed briefly: Public Law 109-364, or the "John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007" (H.R.5122), was signed by President Bush on October 17, 2006, and allowed the President to declare a "public emergency" and station troops anywhere in America and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities. Title V, Subtitle B, Part II, Section 525(a) of the JWDAA of 2007 reads "The [military] Secretary [of the Army, Navy or Air Force] concerned may order a member of a reserve component under the Secretary's jurisdiction to active duty...The training or duty ordered to be performed...may include...support of operations or missions undertaken by the member's unit at the request of the President or Secretary of Defense."[15] The President signed the Defense Authorization Act of 2008 on January 13, 2008. However, Section 1068 in the enacted 2008 defense authorization bill (H.R. 4986: "National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008") repealed this section of PL 109-364.[16]
Obama has become a clear and present danger to this country.
