We discuss why two of Barack's four legacy issues have been stricken from existence

The Iran "Deal" was never an Iran Treatise.  Treatises are ratified by our Senate.  To my memory,  Barack knew his agreement with Iran would never pass Senate confirmation,  so he didn't even try.  That nonsense of his having "his pen and his phone,"  allowed him to pretend to be a dictator,  working without any accounting to Congress or the will of the people.

Barack had two domestic bills as part of his legacy.

One was ObamaCare,  a bill passed by Congress and signed into law in March of 2010,  whose every major point (you can keep your doctor,  you can keep your hospital,  you will save 2500 dollars in the first year of its passage,  it is not a tax,  it will not add a dime to your taxes)  proved to be nothing less than a pack of outrageous, in your face, lies.  None of that "you can keep" crap was true,  no one saved a dime,  and it was defended before the Supreme Court AS A TAX.  But it was legislation,  and for that reason,  we have to deal with it today.

The second domestic legacy bill,  was the Dodd/Frank banking/finance bill (legislative title:   Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ) , was signed into law in July of 2010. Its mountain of regulations resulted in the failure of more small banks and savings and loan institutions than were created for the first time in American history. Recent legislation has moved banking entities (small banks) holding $250 billion or less in assets away from the influence of Dodd/Frank and its Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).    On May 21, 2018, the bureau was weakened after US President Donald Trump signed into law Congressional legislation repealing the enforcement of automobiles lending rules.[77] On May 24, 2018, Trump signed into law further Congressional legislation exempting dozens of (small) banks from the CFPB's regulations.[7

Non-legislative events designed to be part of the Obama Legacy

Non-legislative events designed to be part of the Obama Legacy  include the Iranian Deal and the Paris Climate Accord.  It may surprise you to know that neither were treatises as defined above.  Neither were signed documents.  Neither were legally binding agreements.  Both included a huge transfer of American wealth while accomplishing little to nothing.  And both have been deleted by the Trump Administration because neither had legislative anchor.  America remains the world's leader in emissions control.  Iran's aggression versus Israel and members of the Middle East Arab alliance has,  once again,  been placed "under the microscope" by the United States to the approval of every Middle Eastern nation.

By contrast,  President Trump is fully aware of the tentative nature of his Administration  . . .   here today,  gone tomorrow.  As a result of this awareness,  he is working with Congress to legislate his agenda as much as possible.    His judicial appointments are "there" for life.  Revisions to the VA system, ObamaCare,  Dodd/Frank,  child healtcare,  military repair and reform,  wage hikes for our military, reform to NATO,  and,  a massive tax reform are all  legislative victories,  making it very difficult to reverse.  Whatever happens with NAFTA, the Trans Pacific Partnership,  Iran,  N Korea, and the G7,   these will all be ratified by Congress if diplomatic talks go far enough to justify ratification.

No wonder Trump is hated.  He is "getting things done,":  keeping his campaign promises,  and bringing this nation back to its roots in terms of legislation and judicial appointments.

Does money buy elections? We have the answer.

California Primary: Antonio Villaraigosa Spent $35 Million to Come in Third

Trump was out spent by Hillary and the Dems by a near 2 to 1 margin.

It happens more often than you think.  Money is no guarantee that you will win.  Polls can't predict,  either,  because Democrat-conducted polls over weigh their polls by as much as 28% (Democrats surveyed more than Republicans).  That means for every 100 people surveyed,  64 are Democrats versus 36 Republicans.  Now,  not all polls have a 28% over-weight circumstance but nearly all are over-weighted.  More than this,  keep in mind the fact that Middle Blue Collar America is seldom fairly represented in the political polls.  That is why - IMO - Hillary and the Dems were so taken by surprise.  Seldom polled,  Middle America turned out for the 2016 elections and they will do it again,  in larger numbers than before.  The mid-term will be a close call,  the 2020 elections will be another landslide for the GOP.

Now you know (my opinion).

The IG report will come out on Thursday, and Trump will definitely XXXX the report.

The system  of Inspector Generals,  overseers for our federal agencies,  was initiated by Jimmy Carter and designed to work only as a non-partisan oversight is the theme of the day. And,  for the most part,  the system works.

On Thursday of this week,  the IG for the FBI will release his report on the Hillary Investigation and its handling by members of the FBI and James Comey,  the Director at the time.

Ashley Merchant, a Civil Rights and Federal Criminal Defense  attorney was interviewed on Fox,  and,  it is her commentary referenced in this brief.

Understand that the IG report is specific to the handling of Hillary Clinton and the use of her email account.  Were there any false statements or information not forthcoming.  These are questions that will be answered in this report.  Merchant believes the IG report will be a positive report for President Trump,  guaranteed to play a role in the ongoing narrative and add to the complaints of the President.

the first 500 days (an observation)

When Trump became president,  those who are smarter than the rest of us,  made these predictions:

Life in America and the World of Obama would see
nuclear war, world wide recession with absolutely no end in sight, Armageddon, race wars, the end of democracy,  a leadership crisis,  the death of the planet,  the end of America's place in the world,  and, the spread of science denying ignorance.

On the 500th day of Trump's ascension to the throne, conservatives can celebrate that very much the opposite has happened.  We decided against spending 100 billion dollars to cool the planet by 1.5 degrees at the end of the century but have maintain high levels of compliance with needed emissions reduction.  Krugman and Larry Summers both predicted a world wide recession without end, a laughable prediction in view of the advancing financial health of the U.S. .  In terms of leadership,  clearly Trump drives the narrative and is in full command for the well being of our nation. He realigned Arab relationships in the Middle East almost single handedly and is driving the trade conversations with China and the feckless G7.  Is not biology and physiology science,  yet we have this fantasy that a man can become a woman, that there is intelligent life in space, a fantasy that drives the expense of millions of dollars in radio research,  not to mention the notion that there is intelligent life within the Democrat/Progress Party.

Hail to the cheif.

PS: I know there are those readers who want to argue the point.  Sorry,  but Google in its campaign to lessen the influence of Conservative talk,  has blocked my comment line.  There are millions having to deal with the new Google restrictions  . . . .  its not just me.  Just wanted you haters to know that I am not disallowing comments,  Google is.

Here is the shared conversation between myself and Google

Less than two weeks ago,  Google rendered by blog invisible and blocked my comment category.  Of course,  I complained.  No one would like going from 10,000 clicks in a day  (not an average but a fact) to around 100 all because Google gives me no visibility.  Type in "Midkinght Review - new and revised" and see what you get.  Until days ago,  you would get 10 pages of Midknight Review articles.  Today,  you get references to "Midnight" whatever, but nothing as to my blog. And this is not just my problem.  Google's changes have affected millions  . . .   not all are conservative writers but I don't care about that.  It affects ME and that is the issue of the moment.

I said:

newly invisible to search is exactly my problem. Avaerage traffic has been several hundred.  Down to around 70.  I searched for my blog and nothing comes up,  but I am not in trouble with Google as far as I know .  Please help.  blog address:  https://jds-midknightreview.blogspot.com/

Hi jsjohnnt,

Recently Google search did update it's ranking algorithm, so there'd be some change to the visibility/ranking of the sites. However, you may use Google Search Console to check whether your blog has any issue.

I said:

clearly you don't like my politics and have routed traffic away from the blog.  I do not even get an "comments" for approval.  I should not have to do anything but complain,  and you all fix the problem YOU have created.  So fix it., comrade

I see 404 pages/posts from your blog in Google.

Blaming someone, or something, for why your blog is not ranking in Google Search, rather than researching what the guidelines & how to do better, is not the attitude to MAGA. It shows the opposite.

I said:

Your are the ones who made the changes to my blog,  making it virtually invisible, jack.  Your 404 issues and this algorithm strategy are anti0free speech.  I have been blogging for 10 years,  but now, suddenly, that Trump threatens your little world,  I (and others) have become invisible.  Why after ten years?  The answer is obvious.

I said:

As to your comment about my researching the 404 issues and how to make my blog better,  after 10 years of blogging without a single note from Google that 404 was an issue  . . . . . . .   I mean,  why would I change my writing habits when I was never made aware of any problems  . . . .  after 10 freaking years.

I said:

One final point:  of course I will work to figure out how to improve my ranking,,  but the recent changes  are,  nonetheless,  as cowardly an act as it gets.

The Star Act, the most comprehensive child-health legislation ever passed into law was a . . . . (video)

The Star Act,  the most comprehensive child-health legislation ever passed into law, was a Republican/Trump supported bi-partisan bill.  One wonders why the Dems under Barack Obama never gave this issue a moments thought.

When I label Barack a " wannabe Muslim," I am not kidding. Here we find . . .

Before reading this clip from the Examiner,  whether or not Iran used our financial system,  the point of the story is this:  Barack gave them legal permission.  What makes this worse,  in terms of Obama's geo loyalties,  is this "granting of a financial license may have been Barack's idea without a request from Iran  . . . . .  I mean,  since the license was never used  (if you are to believe Rhodes).  Why would he do such a thing (Barack granting Iran access to our financial system)?  Two reasons come to mind:  1. Barack is an anti-Israel creature  (which is a little different from being an anti-Semitic  in the domestic sense) , and,  2, Valerie Jarrett was born in Tehran.  She is an Iranian.  She left that country as a child,  but her homeland is Iran,  nevertheless.  Understand that I am speculating.  It is a  fact,  however,  that Barack attached himself to every black or Arab terrorist/antiChristian group imaginable,  including the government of Iran,  Louis Farrakhan, Jeremiah Wright,  the Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR, the New Black Panthers,  and Al Sharpton's anti-police community of followers.  No wonder Barack choice "renegade" as his Secret Service moniker.

Washington Examiner:  Ben Rhodes, a former top aide to President Barack Obama, repeatedly dodged questions from CNN’s Wolf Blitzer Friday about a new report claiming his administration misled Congress about granting Iran access to the U.S. financial system during the negotiation of the Iranian nuclear deal.
On Wednesday, Senate Republicans released a report claiming that the Obama administration secretly granted Iran a license “that authorized a conversion of Iranian assets worth billions of U.S. dollars using the U.S. financial system,” despite administration officials testifying before Congress that granting Iran access to the U.S. financial system was never on the table as a negotiating tool.
The former deputy national security adviser for strategic communications tried to shoot down the idea the administration misled Congress by telling Blitzer that it was only a “single license granted” that was “never even used.”

In case you didn't see my newly remodeled office, here it is:

New plank flooring,  new desk and better use of my shelving.  That flag you see on top shelf in the far corner,  cost me $200 and has all the names of those we know died in the Twin Towers.

Actual prosectuions undere way: GOP (Manafort) in one; Wolf, McCabe, and a NY Times reporter are three.

You should know that Senate Intel aid,  James Wolf,  a Democrat operative,  has actually been arrested leaking classified documents and hundreds of less critical information including the "inside story" of several behind-the-door WH staff meetings.  Keep in mind that Andrew McCabe  (one time second in command to Comey )  is, also,   being prosecuted.

This coming week promises to be a critical week in the Inspector General's investigation regarding various aspects of the Democrats misuse of power during the Russian  fantasy probe.

In other words,  folks,  the lip is about to blow and inside that pot,  stands keep Democrats guilty of "conduct unbecoming."  We have been talking about this day,  for months,  and it is finally here.

Mueller has been investigation whatever for a little over a year. You will never guess how much this man has spend in that time.

Mueller has been investigation whatever and whoever for a little over a year.  You will never guess how much this man has spent in that time.   Turns out that Mueller has spent 17 million in 12 months.  He has 21 indictments,  16 of which are of Russian individuals and entities who will never be tried in the United States.  The remaining 5 are indictments for perjury or tax issues (Paul Manafort).  Nothing on Trump and the laughable Russian collusion case.

So,  I am thinking we should bill the DNC since they were the ones who dreamed up this path to a coup  (that IS what they are doing,  you know).
