The last hand gun ban in the United States and its territories, has been stricken down.

On Monday, Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona of the United States District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands stuck down the last handgun ban in the United States in the case of Radich v. Guerrero.  Judge Manglona’s opinion held that the Islands’ bans on handgun possession, possession of any firearms for self-defense purposes, importation of handguns, and firearm possession by resident aliens violated the Second and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.

True talk radio conservatives include Rush, Hugh Hewitt, and two or three hundred local conservative radio hosts across the nation.

Hannity offers Cruz full hour on show; defends himself against attacks he’s biased for Trump

Hannity sold out to McCain,  to Schwarzenegger, to Michael Bloomberg and to anyone who "dared" to put an "R" behind his/her name.  Hannity never saw the importance of philosophical integrity, and, now, tries to defend himself against his practice of compromise while pretending to be a true "Constitutional conservative" in his support of Donald Trump.  

For the last decade, the talking points from Hannity have been,  "You have to vote and vote for the GOP because the "other" choice(s) are all Democrats and that "would be the beginning of the end for the nation."  He preached this in 2006 when the Conservative Nation first talked of not going to the polls to vote.  And,  several million didn't,  and the House and Senate went to the Dems.  

And now,  we are where we are,  because "we" never took a stand.  The conservative voter has had it with the compromise of basic principles,  and the Grand Old Party will suffer well into the future because its leaders allowed the populace support of the party to walk away   . . . . .   which is about to take place,  this year.  

Anyway,  so many folks to blame,  and Hannity is at the top of that list.

The doctor is disappearing in America.   And by most projections, it’s only going to get worse — the U.S. could lose as many as 1 million doctors by 2025, according to a Association of American Medical Colleges report.  Primary-care physicians will account for as much as one-third of that shortage, meaning the doctor you likely interact with most often is also becoming much more difficult to see.The Obama Administration is fully aware of this reality,  but sees a growing population of nurses and non-certified primary care specialists,  as the solution.  Understand that Obama promised lower medical costs.  And his plan to this end was an emphasis on nursing staff, mid-wives and walk-in clinic staffers   . . . . .   you know,  those who are not doctors.  Blame this development on your own failure to understand what is happening to our world via ObamaCare,  and,  the arrogance of an Administration that does not revere the professional.

Dr. Ramanathan Raju, CEO of public hospital system NYC Health + Hospitals, goes even further, saying the U.S. lacks a basic primary-care system. “I think we really killed primary care in this country,” said Raju. “It needs to be addressed yesterday.”

The primary-care gap is particularly acute in about one-third of states, which have only half or less of their primary-care needs being met. OVER 100,000 DEMOCRAT VOTERS SWITCH PARTIES IN PENNSYLVANIA — To Vote Trump  —  Over 100,000 Democrat voters switched parties this year to vote for Donald Trump according to party officials.  —  Over 200,000 have switched parties in the state before the April 26 primary.

 

Editor's notes:  The Gateway report is both fanciful thinking, and, a veiled attempt to win the nomination for Trump.  The myth at work,  here,  is that Trump is bringing in more votes than he will lose in the November elections. 

 

As an editor,  I do not believe most polls.  The exceptions include "fivethirtyeight" and the king of all polls,  the Crystal Ball,  Virginia University's Prof. Larry Sabato's production.   As things stand at this moment  (and "things" can change) per these two polling concerns,  Trump would lose in a landslide in the coming general election.  

 

While the Democrats are having to deal with a criminally corrupt,  Hillary Clinton,  and,  the problematic issue of turnout,  the GOP will not survive the issue of "desertion,"  in November.    Either the Trump crowd or the Cruz crowd will stay away in droves,  or the morons who are the "GOP party leaders" will sour both voting blocks with the nomination of a "fresh face,"  as Karl Rove frames the issue.  

 

The struggle for political power is about to kill the GOP,  and I do not see the Republican Party assuming a prominent role in American politics for, perhaps,  two decades.  I honestly think things are this bad.  I have watched the Establishment GOP refuse to compromise with the Teaparty Movement following the teaparty's landslide victories in 2010 and 2014.  And now,  it is too late.  The One Toothers and Confederate Wannabees have over run the Teaparty Movement,  and, sequentially the GOP,  with no hope of surviving the coming election cycle.  

 

Case in point: in a recent incident involving macing a 15 year old anti-Trump demonstrator (who actually threw the first punch),  the language used in the incident included  "nigger lover"  and "commie."  While this language was not reported,  I heard these words as I reviewed the video of the incident. 

 

While the Democrats are the preferred party of the American Communist Party and the Black Power Movement,  the prejudice represented in the wording, above,  is beyond the pale.    

Understand this:  I am not a Democrat because that party is no longer a political force in support of the Constitution.   It opposes free speech,  states' rights,  private gun ownership,  private property rights,  free religious expression, and,  the very sovereignty of this nation.  

I am not a Republican (and have never been one, btw), because I have watched this party (the GOP),  since Reagan,  compromise on virtually all of the above issues. Specifically,  it was the Bush Administration that allowed the passage into law of the abortion pill,  RU 486.  It was the Bush Administration that tried to walk the fine line between "Affordable Housing" theory/practice, and, sound,  fiscal management.  It was the Bush Administration that allowed the Climate Freaks to gain a political foothold in their move to redistribute American wealth.  And, it was the silence of George W Bush that allowed the Democrat Socialists a moral victory in the war of words concerning the Iraqi War.  

 

There are millions of folks just like me,  who are about to walk away from the political debate   . . . . . .  forever  . . . . .   and I blame GOP leadership and men such as Mitt Romeny,  Karl Rove,  Jeb Bush and his parents,  G.W. , Boehner, Mitch McConnell and others of like mind,  much more than I blame Trump or Cruz.  

 

I should not forget to mention the desertion of Sarah Palin and Mark Levin as they ran to the support of Trump.  Of course,  Levin is now a Cruz supporter,  but too late for me.  In the early days of Trump he was right there with Sarah.  

 

So,  where are the real Commonsense Conservatives?  Without a party (whether "GOP" or a viable Teaparty), and,  soon,  without a country.  

 

 

Obama censors Hollande, and, make no mistake, this bit of censorship was a presidential order.

Watch the video of Hollande's censored comment by clicking on this link.  The words in red,  above,  were spoken by Hollande of France,  but were deleted on the video.  The WH claims the problem was a computer clitch,  but most of us know the truth.  I mean,  we have lived with this man for going on 8 years.  We know how he thinks,  that he refuses to allow any reference to "Islamic terror" and works to control speech on any and all occasions he has authority or influence.  

In other words,  this was no accident.  I believe Obama is the first American president who dares to restrict the language of American allies.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama hailed the nuclear deal with Iran on Friday as a "substantial success" and a model for future diplomacy, as world leaders took stock of the world's most worrisome nuclear threats.

Editor's notes:  News flash:  there is no written,  signed, agreement.  Nor is this Iranian deal legally binding.   More than this,  paying off Iran (1.5 billion dollars) as a tool used to make the deal,  is hardly a model for success.

This story broke last week, just as millions of Americans were tuning out of the news cycle for Thanksgiving. Given the seriousness of the subject matter, it deserves a re-up. National Review reports:

President Obama didn’t require Iranian leaders to sign the nuclear deal that his team negotiated with the regime, and the deal is not “legally binding,” his administration acknowledged in a letter to Representative Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) obtained by National Review. “The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is not a treaty or an executive agreement, and is not a signed document,” wrote Julia Frifield, the State Department assistant secretary for legislative affairs, in the November 19 letter. Frifield wrote the letter in response to a letter Pompeo sent Secretary of State John Kerry, in which he observed that the deal the president had submitted to Congress was unsigned and wondered if the administration had given lawmakers the final agreement. Frifield’s response emphasizes that Congress did receive the final version of the deal. But by characterizing the JCPOA as a set of “political commitments” rather than a more formal agreement, it is sure to heighten congressional concerns that Iran might violate the deal’s terms.

Realistically, will the DOJ prosecute Hillary? Well, it was the DOJ that made the offer of immunity, not the FBI.

Just when Hillary Clinton appeared to finally be barreling toward the Democratic nomination, the Washington Post and New York Times report that her email scandal is growing even more serious. Remember the staffer who she hired to set up her rules-violated, unsecure private email server who invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination? He's been granted immunity by the feds, in exchange for his cooperation in this ongoing, expanded criminal investigation:  

The Justice Department has granted immunity to the former State Department staffer who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server as part of a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information, according to a senior law enforcement official. The official said the FBI had secured the cooperation of Bryan Pagliano, who worked on Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign before setting up the server in her New York home in 2009. As the FBI looks to wrap up its investigation in the coming months, agents will likely want to interview Clinton and her senior aides about the decision to use a private server, how it was set up, and whether any of the participants knew they were sending classified information in emails, current and former officials said...As part of the inquiry, law enforcement officials will look at the potential damage had the classified information in the emails been exposed. The Clinton campaign has described the probe as a security review. But current and former officials in the FBI and at the Justice Department have said investigators are trying to determine whether a crime was committed. “There was wrongdoing,” said a former senior law enforcement official. “But was it criminal wrongdoing?”
