Strangely enough, Obama's Homeland Secretary has no clue as to whether the Dallas massacre was a hate crime.

So Hillary thinks "server security" means posting a couple of S.S. agents outside the server closet,  Obama was given the Nobel Peace Prize and then went out and helped to invent ISIS,  the FBI has no idea if Hillary lied about much of anything, the Administration is still laughing about all those "shovel ready jobs," John Kerry thought sending James Taylor to France singing "You have a friend" was something other than just plain silly, the AFT can't figure out how all those guns crossed the Southern border,  Obama's EPA believes it has a green light to ignore federal court decisions, the IRS thinks its job is to oppose conservative action organizations, Obama still believes 1.3% GDP is a sign of a robust economy, and, now,  Homeland Secretary can't figure out if Dallas was a hate crime.  'Nough said  ~  editor

Daily Caller:   During a Sunday morning interview with CBS’s John Dickerson, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson stated though Dallas shooter Micah Johnson told hostage negotiators he “wanted to kill white people, especially white police officers,” “it’s still relatively early” to qualify his actions as a hate crime.
“You said there’s no link to a terrorist organization here, but the shooting in Dallas was by any definition terrorism and a hate crime, wasn’t it?” posed Dickerson.
“Well, there’s still an investigation being conducted by the Dallas police department and the FBI supported by many resources from the local government and the federal government,” Johnson responded. “So it’s still relatively early.”
