A Brit just broke his dead lift record, standing up with 1020 lbs. Take that while you are running around the track in your short shorts !!!

  1. He won't live long, guaranteed. Kind of like the big dog NFL linemen, whose avg lifespan is about 55. If he were chasing me around the track he'd have a heart attack.

    1. A heart attack??? Not if he carried his gun onto the tract. Maybe that is why you want to take everyone's guns away . . . . . you fear a better man will end your quest for legacy. By Jove, I think I have nailed it.

    2. WTF??? A gun is going to prevent you from having a heart attack?
      That's real smart

    3. You really don't have a sense of humor. Work on that. My point was this: You implied that you would out live The Beast on the track. I said, Not if he had a gun.

      Oh well.

  2. Hate to burst your man crush but the lifter but - Eddie Hall weighs 382 lbs and his dead lift was just 2.67 times his body weight. I can do that (376 lbs) - at more than twice his age. Many people can. And as you know, like wrestling, weightlifting is about the weight class of the competitor.

    1. Still, if you gained 200 pounds, you would not have his record. Maybe 600-700 ibs. That would be exceptional. Simple math does not get you stronger than the big guy. Heck, I push 1000 pounds of dead weight when doing leg presses at the gym, 7 reps x 5 sets . . . . . did that when I weighed 180 and, the same, today at 250 as a 70 year old. Point being, I did not increase my strength with the additional weight. Face it, the man is the strongest dude in the world and you're not.
