In the video, Gregory Hicks testifies that four trained assault troops (special forces) were forbidden to go to Benghazi. Hicks testified that the four, when told they could not go to help in Benghazi, "were furious" (his words). Hicks quoted a Lt. Col Gibson's verbal response to this piece of trash command, "This is the first time in my career that a diplomat has more balls than someone in the military."
