Obama: Gingrich's Call To Ban Sharia Adherents Is 'Repugnant'

Understand that half of all Muslims do not support Sharia Law. Sharia is the harshest form of Islam, and is, ultimately, a national legal code. In the case of national law, Sharia would replace the U.S. Constitution. Anyone who supports Sharia as a national legal code such as exists in Iran and Saudi Arabia is no friend of America. Honor killings, death for those who commit adultery, especially women, no schooling for women, death for all gays, complete head covering for all women and on and on.

Why some of the American Left supports Sharia is a mystery.

Obama's statement demonstrates just how out of touch he is with regard to Sharia versus Constitutional law. Keep in mind, however, that Sharia just might be his end goal for the "fundamental transformation of the United States of America."
