The "safe" Democrat electoral vote count is 190 contrasted with 136 for the GOP. After you are sufficiently revived (if a conservative), my advice is to wait on the urge to panic. But, as things stand, today (6/23/'16), the national election will end with similar results to the 2012 election. Currently, Ohio and Pennsylvania could easily go to Trump, making the total vote count 309 to 229 favoring the European Socialist Party (aka Democrat Party). 270 votes wins the election. Trump has to pick up another 41 votes. Not impossible but, at best, very difficult.
