If Biden makes the announcement that he is in the race, it can only mean one thing: Democrat leadership knows Hillary is done. Already, some Dems are suggesting that she cannot win the national election, what with a "distrust factor of 61%."

The Intel world knows that "I didn't know" or "it was not received as marked, 'classified' " are not mitigating considerations. The FBI does not care about her political commentary.

She knows, as Secretary of State, she knows full well the rules for sending and receiving classified information. Understand that she was told by the FBI what the "classified standards" were. She knew and, yet, being proactive in dealing with investigations and FOIA requests more important to her, than following the rules.

Soon enough, we will know if she has run out runway . . . . . and Biden's announcement, should it happen, will be the stake to the heart of this matter.
