He has his pen and phone. After five years, what good have they been for this nation? Their use is an empty threat - more smoke and mirrors and NOTHING more.

Think about this:  he not only can't keep his promises to healthcare patients,  or to the Vets, or the families of those who lost loved ones at Benghazi,  or to the Syrians,  or in the case of a nuclear Iran,  or to the press concerning open and honest governance,  he can't even keep his promise/threat to "use his pen and his phone."  I mean,  how long has this clown of a president been talking about solo-governance?  Years.

He threatens to work out "comprehensive immigration" by the end of the summer,  without Congress, but he can't even stop the incoming foreign traffic across our southern border.

He can give amnesty,  apparently,  but he can't create legislation nor can he create the bureaucracy needed as part of an actual change to our immigration system.  All he can do is clutter the system we now have.  When he is gone from office,  we will look back and admit to the absolute mess he has made of everything.  After five years,  we now know that he is neither an administrator nor a fast learner.   Kind of slow.
