Towards the end of last month, B Obama appointed a Tony West
to associate attorney general in the Justice Department, the number
three position in Justice, an appointment that does not require Senate
confirmation. He formally began the job on Monday (yesterday).
As the department’s third in command, West is charged with defending ObamaCare and civil rights issues such as the resent rush to interfere with State voting laws. He also will be in charge of dealing with habeas corpus petitions brought by detainees at
Guantanamo Bay and used to determine the legality of one's imprisonment or trial.
Previously, he led the Civil Division within Justice, a job he has held since Obama captured the American presidency. Before that, he served as a campaign bundler for Obama's election, taking in some 65 million dollars for the campaign.
While his career is a noteworthy collection of distinguished accomplishments, voted in the top 20 of young California lawyers under 40, he is part of the black cabal that sees "now" as the time to set things aright, in the Spirit of the Obama/Holder partnership. The fact that he is appointment without review, a perfectly legal assignment, sounds the alarm to those of us who see an academic black conspiracy of sorts, taking place, especially within the Department of Justice. It is common knowledge that Justice does not pursue civil rights violation involving blacks as defendants. The release of the convicted New Black Muslims, during Obama's first years as supreme Whatever, is evidence of that fact. The testimony of DOJ lawyers to this effect, is a second line of evidence.
No one seems overly concerned, so we will make note of the Cabal's endeavors and leave it at that.
