Chevy Volt 's incentive programs at the local, state and federal levels total some 3 billion or about $250,000 taxpayer dollars PER STINKING CAR.

Strike 1: Its a government owned Chevy.
Strike 2: Its battery pac cost ten thousand dollars to replace.
Strike 3: There have been 33 battery fires or related complaints in the past six months.
Strike 4: The Volt sales goal was for 10,000 cars this year; it only sole 4,000 and 25% of those were bought by government and related agencies.
