First, we blamed 9/11 on him and then, there was the death of Daniel Pearl. Are we just 'sticking it' to a man who cannot defend himself???

Who, exactly, is this fine looking individual? None other than the one time #3 man in al Qaeda. We call him "KSM" rather than Khalib Sheik Mohammed. He confessed to being the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks and killing Daniel Pearl in the first of several video recorded beheadings by this "man of god."

Problem; he confessed after being waterboarded dozens of times. And that is the reason why this idiot has not been put on trial. Obama and Eric Holder took center stage more than a year ago with their decision to put KSM on trial in a New York civilian court. Of course that did not happen and you know why.

But no one is answering the question, "Now what?"

No one seems to know. We do know that a recent trial involving a witness who was waterboarded found the accused "not guilty" of 184 charges out of 185. Obama knows that he cannot put KSM on trial, only to have him found "not guilty" because of the need to waterboard the man during the early stages of our war on terror. Most now believe there will no trial of KSM . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ever.

Without a trial, proof of the two charges mentioned above, may remain unproven. Are we simply blaming a man who will never be put on trial. Did he really help to behead Daniel Pearl, or , is this just a convenient charge?

Daniel Pearl three months before he was beheaded.

I have asked that question more than one, myself.

First, I believe there is a mountain of evidence to the charge that KSM helped organize 9/11 and is or was a high-dollar leader in al-Qaeda. We have much more than his personal confession on this matter. But what about Daniel Pearl?

The Daily News, a UK paper, is reporting today that an analysis a murderers arms, exposed on the video in the Pearl beheading, are a perfect match to veins in the arms of KSM. You read their story here.

It seems that we have Pearl's murderer in custody. The fact that he will never have a trial is of no concern, here. Understand that "we" did not arrest this killer as he sat with his family, praying and studying the koran. Not at all. Rather, he was taken into custody on the battlefield, held in Pakistan for a season and finally moved to GITMO, where he remains in custody. While folks whine about his waterboarding, if truth be told, there was probably nothing in his capture that would pass review in a civilian court in this country. He had no representation when interrogated. There was no Moranda protection or warning. His "right" to a speedy trial passed by the boards years ago.

If Daniel Pearls parents can accept it, their son has been avenged with the capture and imprisonment of this piece of work. Such is never enough, but that is the reality.

Note: we do not capitalize "god" or "koran" in this article, or any we author as a matter of principle. We allow for their god and their religious books, but . . . . . . . . . . . well, you understand.

Final note: we googled "muslim found not guilty of 184 out of 185 counts" and found nothing !! Its probably there, on the net, but one would think that our search request would have found the legal case at the "top of the fold." The trial was completed only a few weeks ago. We must confess, we often have problems finding news items involving Muslims. Hmmmmmm.
