Look, positive polling numbers are like chum in shark infested waters. Since winning the GOP primary this past Tuesday, Christine O'Donnell has done all the right things. She appeared on CNN and NBC, proving that she is not afraid of the Marxist Media. On Thursday night, she debated her Democrat opponent, Chris Coons, a two time Harvard debate team captain and, by ALL REPORTS, held her own against the more experienced opponent. Bad news for Coons. Friday, she offered up a fairly exciting speech in Iowa to 1500 leading conservative activists. Her campaign war chest may balloon to 2 million - she has some 1.2 million as we write.

Understand that the first polling numbers had O'Donnell a 15 point underdog. The second poll put her behind by only 11 points. If the next poll, out within the next three or four days, shows a narrowing lead for Coons, the sharks start feeding and all bets are off as to an O'Donnell defeat. Here is Wallace:
