Editor's notes: what we have here is a chart and a set of numbers from our friend, Scott Rasmussen. Midknight Review is not sure what is going on. Perhaps Obama is experiencing a cyclical "low." Or, is it more pervasive than cyclical?With all of these numbers, what is most encouraging is the fact that those who are MOST approving of Obama is back down to 25% of the population with those who disapprove at some level rising to 55% of the voting population.
The "Index" measures his Base. That negative "19" is
not good for Obama. Election aside, his Base is down. The under reported truth is this: his Base is very discouraged.
