The man in the middle ? - your friendly editor. In this story, he is saying, "Can't we all just get along ?" Note: he is surrounded by his three state champion wrestlers and his worship leader daughters.

One of our recommended blogs carried a story that begins with these words:

(Feb. 15, 2010) — In a move which openly and shamelessly manifests FOX’s anti-American agenda, the former conservative news agency has launched a propaganda campaign against U.S. Citizens who, having announced their candidacy for State Governor in their home states, also question the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of U.S. President. . . . from The Post & Email. We have not included reference to the blog in question. We continue to respect the effort of that blog but in latching on to this Post & Email story, we believe its editor was a bit too enthusiastic. Here is this editor's response.

Make no mistake, the "dark side" wants us to bite and devour each other --- jds.

I think this is an unfortunate story on a number of levels. We do the conservative cause no favors with stories such as this. Contrary to popular belief, FoxNews is a media outlet, not a front for the GOP or a conservative think tank.

In light of the current anti-free speech climate that is typical to the current Marxist Administration, FoxNews has to allow for reporting that reflects various perspectives. It needs such a history if there comes a time it needs to defend itself from a potential government shut down under the likes of a “fairness doctrine.”

Of course, this may not have had anything to do with Fox’s reporting in this case. But to put out that Fox has gone to the dark side because of this story is ridiculous.

I saw their story on Medina. Their “headline” was a bit off, I think, but they presented Medina’s defense on video and she did a good job of explaining her position. I have seen no follow-up on Fox in pursuit of Medina - something one would expect if your story were a true picture.
