There is a serious problem with Napolitano's explanation supporting imp3eachment:

Napolitano's explanation:  After explaining Russia’s annexation of Crimea from Ukraine, Napolitano said, “Congress votes to authorize federal aid, American aid to Ukraine and the sale of American military goods to Ukraine. The president holds all this up, even though his secretary of defense, his secretary of state, his director of national intelligence, his director of the CIA and every member of his National Security Council says give them the aid, the Russian tanks are aimed their way. But he held up that aid and instead asked for a favor, arguably for his political campaign. That was a violation of federal law. That is an impeachable offense. That is what the Democrats are seeking to investigate.”

Editor's notes:  This antiTrump-paid-advisor for FoxNews (Napolitano) sets up a specific scenario using the wording,  "arguably for ..... his political campaign," and then proceeds as if he is talking about an established fact rather than something that is highly opinionated,  marked by the word "arguably."  Understand that the opposition pulls this stunt often,  introducing a possible scenario and then proceeding as if talking about an established fact.  All mainstream news agencies do this including FoxNews.  You should that the managing editor for Fox News is Sheperd Smith, and Neil Cavuto for the Fox Business News   . . . . .   both committed anti-Trumpsters.   We can be thankful that Fox News Corporation allows for differences of opinion on many issues including most of the issues surrounding the President.  To date,  there are more Trump supporters at Fox (both channels) than Trump haters.

Personally,  I get most of my news,  especially for this blog, from the written word.  Such includes The Hill, Breitbart, Gateway Pundit, The Daily News,  the Federalist, to name a few.
