Is China on the losing end of the trade war?

Its been going on for nearly a year. Today, our President announced $200 billion in additional tarriff's. China retaliated with 60 billion dollars in tarriffs, giving the impression that they "are running out of bullets." On top of today's action, Trump made it clear that his next set of tarriff's will include $260 billion in new taxes.

We are the biggest economy in the world. We should win this "war," Especially when you realize that the President does not demand a complete surrender.
