Pruitt's confirmation vote for EPA diector scheduled for 1pm, today (Friday).

A judge has ordered the release of 3,000 emails between Pruitt and several members of the coal/oil industry.  The Dems are desperate to stop this nomination,  as if Trump would not replace Pruitt with an appointment of equal determination.  In fact,  they were up all night,  over in their little corner of the world,  making one congressional talk after another.

The Senate confirmation vote,  after Pruitt's successful committee vote,  is scheduled for 1pm,  today.  It does not appear that this confirmation is in any kind of trouble.

In related news,  Trump signed a memo,  on Thursday,  that puts an end to hundreds of anti-coal restrictions.  a single Obama Executive Order that would have cost as many as 77,000 coal mining jobs.   Representative Mike Kelly (R - Penn) who attended the signing that ended this travesty, told Fox News,  Friday morning,  that polling in his home state is now stronger for Trump than the day he won Pennsylvania in the 2016 election.
