FBI admits that Hillary is the subject of their [criminal] investigation.

Editor's notes:  Our headline says "criminal" because the FBI is only concerned with criminal possibilities.  This does not mean that she is a criminal, only that this is part of the current investigation.  

MSNBC reporting:   In a letter disclosed Monday in a federal court filing, the FBI confirms one of the world’s worst-kept secrets: It is looking into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
Why say this at all, since it was widely known to be true?  Because in August in response to a judge’s direction, the State Department asked the FBI for information about what it was up to.  Sorry, the FBI said at the time, we can neither confirm nor deny the existence of any investigation.
Now, in a letter dated February 2 and filed in court Monday, the FBI’s general counsel, James Baker, notes that in public statements and congressional testimony, the FBI “has acknowledged generally that it is working on matters related to former Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server.”
Baker says the FBI has not, however, “publicly acknowledged the specific focus, scope or potential targets of any such proceedings.” He ends the one-paragraph letter by saying that the FBI cannot say more “without adversely affecting on-going law enforcement efforts.”
The letter was filed in one of the Freedom of Information Act cases brought against the State Department over access to documents from Hillary Clinton’s time as secretary of state.  This one was filed by Judicial Watch.

      The FBI has something like 150 agents dealing with all aspects of this Hillary scandal. To think that this is not a criminal investigation is more than bizarre and you should know this. To imagine that the FBI are peace-keepers or into rumor suppression is simply silly.

      In the video referenced above, Hillary makes these claims: You can't get classified emails off an authorized server onto a private server no matter what; I want the most recent 22 emails released and do not understand why that has not happened; I never received marked classified emails nor did I send such.

      Incredible. She wants those classified emails released but refuses to release her speeches to Goldman Sachs, you know, the three 20 minutes speeches for which she was paid 675 million dollars. How does that make sense.

      Understand that the 22 most recent emails are so classified that most of the FBI agents involved in the criminal probe are not allowed to read them . . . . and she knows this . . . . . . and she knows THAT is the reason why they will never be released . . . . . so she is safe in demanding they be released . . . . . because she knows they won't be released. What a puts.

      She,also, knows that the 22 _above classied_ emails deal with ON GOING information dealing with current CIA clandestine operations including names of agents currently in the field and descriptions of current mission. When she says, "I don't know why they are not being released," well, that is a DEMONSTRABLE lie.
