Joe Biden met with Elizabeth Warren,  this weekend.  The result of this little pow-wow is yet to be seen,  but most believe Biden was looking to Warren for support and,  perhaps,  a possible run with him as his V.P.

In a presser,  today,  Josh Earnst suggested that Obama would endorse Biden,  in the primary contest,  should his VP decides to run.  That is a big deal for Democrats and a guarded slam against Hillary.

Update:
National Review refined my idea,  stated above,  24 hours before I published   . . . . . . . . .    if you can believe that.  The National Review adds a twist that may be quite possible:

John Fund / National Review:
Democrats Look at Plan B: Biden as a One-Term President, with Warren as His VP  —  Joe Biden had good reasons to huddle privately with Elizabeth Warren on Saturday at his official residence.  The Massachusetts senator may have chosen not to run next
