In this clip of her larger speech, Hillary gives justification for calling GOP leadership, "terrorists." She over-generalizes in order to get to your main point (1:03 into this clip), but that is not my primary critique. Rather, my point is this: the woman cannot deliver a speech. It is not "in her heart and soul." These are just words, and the fact that she cannot move away from her notes, is my evidence.
Maybe it is just me, but her speech, especially at 1.03 and beyond, is just as much a pretense as it is preposterous. Her problem? More than the idiocy of calling her opponents "terrorists," there simply is no passion in her speech, no passion whatsoever. She hopes the words will drive the listener, not her commitment to whatever she is saying. As it turns out, the speech, itself, is more the problem than the wording.
