The GOP should drop his action against funding HHS, and here is why all conservatives should agree.

Rubio: Pass the Homeland Security bill . . . During a visit to Las Vegas, U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio suggested Wednesday that Congress should pass a bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security without conditions, essentially stepping back from a battle with President Barack Obama over his executive actions on immigration. Las Vegas Review-Journal

Editor's notes:  Absolutely.  Pass the HHS funding bill,  ASAP,   in view of the fact that the final decision about the legitimacy of Obama's unConstitutional action,  is, now,  in the hands of the courts.  Understand that the District Court's 128 page opinion,  has brought his immigration scheme to a sudden halt.  It was to go into effect today.    Unless successfully challenged on appeal,  this process of court review will take 18 months,  maybe two years.

Why take a black eye over this issue and the resulting and imagined "shut-down,"  when the courts are going to make the final decision?  Rubio is absolutely right.

Note:  I say "imagined shut-down"  because 80% of HHS employees are considered "essential,"  and would continue their work without interruption.
