Solar power costs $39B, yields almost nothing . . . Despite
receiving an estimated $39 billion in annual government subsidies over
the past five years, the solar energy industry
accounted for just one half of one percent (0.5%) of all the electricity
generated in the U.S. during the first 10 months of 2014. CNS News
Editor's notes: Anyone remember T Bone Pickens? Back in 2009, he planned on developing an alternative energy "farm," outside of Houston, but, was forced to abandon the effort after realizing the cost would never be recovered. Solar and wind farms are a "black hole" for the government, as well. Our energy solution does not involve either wind or solar to any degree beyond a 15% supply on a national scale.
The real question, is this: where do we go from here? While Obama is destroying the coal industry, we, as a nation, have nothing to take its place, unless or until we turn coal into a clean product. Obama refuses to wait until we are ready, and in that decision, is as retarded as to energy solutions, as he is in his "battle" against terror. A know-nothing, on both counts. But , hey, he graduated from Harvard.
