ISIS butcher appears to be American . . . U.S. intelligence officials are analyzing facial features and speech patterns of the masked man who spoke in a recent ISIS video to determine who he is, and if he could be one of ISIS’s American recruits, according to a senior U.S. official. The masked man speaks briefly in the video, which purports to show the gruesome execution of 21 Coptic Christians in Libya. ABC News

Editor's note: Apparently we are hoping to arrest this "criminal, " so, we are spending time trying to identify him, as if that will make any difference at all, in our so-called "battle against ISIS." What a waste of time on a par with Obama's trips to the golf course, during this terror crisis.

Yemen screwup grows . . . Internal State Department emails reviewed by Fox News reveal that as security unraveled in Yemen, U.S. personnel were scrambling to finalize their exit plan and were so uncertain about what would happen that procedures for safeguarding sensitive information were bypassed -- with permission from Washington. Editor's note: The Administration wants us all to believe we saw the Yemen debacle coming, and planned to run out the back door of the Embassy, leave the keys in our vehicles, forget to take our secret documents with us, make our guns in operable, and fly out of the region in unmarked, private planes . . . . . . . . . . yeah, all that was planned. Good grief.
