From the Daily Beast: Two longtime allies are attacking ISIS—and growing frustrated with one another. That’s good news for the so-called Islamic State.
The Obama
administration was given multiple chances Wednesday to endorse a longtime
ally’s airstrikes on America’s
biggest enemy at the moment, the so-called Islamic State. Over and over again,
Obama’s aides declined to back Egypt’s
military operation against ISIS. It’s another
sign of the growing strain between the United
States and Egypt,
once one of its closest friends in the Middle East.
This
shouldn’t be a complete surprise; Cairo, after
all, didn’t tell Washington about its strikes
on the ISIS hotbed of Derna,
Libya. Still,
Wednesday's disconnect was jarring. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest
passed on a reporter’s question about an endorsement of Egypt’s growing campaign against ISIS. So did State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki.

Editor’s notes:
What the Daily Beast does not want you to know includes the following: 1) That Obama helped create the social crisis
in Egypt of two years ago, 2) that he backstabbed a hateful President Mubarak
who was, nonetheless, an ally of the West, and, 3) backed the new government of the Muslim
Brotherhood, the same group red-flagged
as a terrorist enterprise by our FBI and rejected by every Middle East
Muslim/Arab nation . . . . . . . everyone of those nations. Further,
4) the Beast wants you in the dark as to the Brotherhood’s inclusion in
Obama’s Administration, enlisting at
least five advisers from the Muslim Brotherhood, establishing Obama’s only radicalized
tendencies.
He, of
course, is the first president to pursue
such alliances, adding to the argument
that he is a closet anti-Semitic, with a passion for Islam, in addition to being a secular and
anti-colonial (against everything
initiated by the 13 colonies) Christian.
To make
matters worse, Obama’s alliance with the
Muslim Brotherhood is a subtle approval of the Brotherhood’s assassination of Egypt’s third
president, Anwar Sadat, back in October of 1981.
Understand that after the Brotherhood took over the Presidency of Egypt, via a national election two years ago, that government immediately began working to establish a theocracy under Sharia Law. Before the Egyptian Military took back the government and imprisoned the Muslim Brotherhood's leadership, the people of Egypt had rejected the Brotherhood and was begging the military to "do something."
Obama, furious with the expulsion of the Brotherhood, withdrew the traditional billion dollar annual support of the US and has rejected President Sissi and his governance.
If you know all of this, the story at the Daily Beast will have a greater sense of importance and context.
Obama is in bed with radical, anti-Isreali, Islam (or anti-Israeli anyone, for that matter). He doesn't care if they are Sunni or Shiite or the French. He has crafted a six-year-going-on-eight "stall policy" as to Iran's pursuit of weaponized uranium, as that Shiite theocracy plans the demise of Israel. He sends financial support to every terror group in the region, with long-time standing against Israel (Hezbollah, Hamas, the PLO). He has taken six months to flew 2200 bombing missions against ISIS, or, 7 sorties per day, most of these mission in Northern Iraq. By contrast, Desert Storm saw 1100 sorties per day, and the invasion against Saddam involved 700 daily bombing runs, again, compared to Obama's seven.
Numbers don't lie. Obama is not trying to obliterate ISIS and his radical allegiances are part of the reason. I hasten to add that he does not support the kind of bloodshed, used by ISIS, but neither does he support their extinction. If we look to his actions, not his words, we know the truth as to Obama's intention. You cannot preach cultural reform and job creation as a part of your anti-terror strategy, and have folks believe you are anti radical Islam.
Problem: ISIS is an immediate terror threat to Jordan and Egypt. Obama does not support either country's bombing missions and has refused to give them the support they have requested, all the while, pretending to be an ally of these nations. Neither has he given arms and ammo to the Peshmerga or the Kurds, as they fight against ISIS. Again, actions, speak louder than words.
