When a president has been a roundly defeated as Obama, here is what he is left with:

Obama asks nation to embrace recovery

President Obama on Wednesday asked Americans to embrace the economic recovery, seeking to parlay encouraging economic signs into political momentum for the final quarter of his presidency.

“We have every right to be proud of what we've got to show for all that hard work,” Obama told a gathering of autoworkers at a Ford plant near Detroit. “America's resurgence is real. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise. We got the best cards and we are doing better than just about anybody else on earth.”

Editor's notes:  Two thoughts:  First,  clearly Obama believes that his policies of excessive regulations and increased taxation (the highest rate of increases in human history  . . . .  seriously) on the business community has contributed to the growing job market.  To be sure the "successes" of his Administration find the American worker with less pay per hour,  a shorter work week,    a "wealth factor" that is more than $5,000 less, per Middle class family,  than before he took office,  and a labor force that is at its smallest in 34 years.  Understand that the work force is at its lowest population precisely because there are no jobs for the (9 million) folks who have given up on ever finding a job.

Secondly,  this clown dares to talk of embracing recovery,  as he stands in a Ford plant that is closed for the week,  because it fell behind in its electric and economy car sales efforts   . . . .   but,  forgetting that,  Obama did nothing for Ford, or Plymouth, or Saturn,  or Toyota,  or KIA, or Honda, or . . . . . . .     And the two companies he did "rescue,"  well,  Chrysler had to sell out to Fiat ("Fiat,"  that's German for "you Americans couldn't save Chrysler so we Germans came to the rescue"),  and,   GM gave up and sold its remaining IPO offering for a loss of 1.5 billion dollars.

There is a third point and it is this:  the man is a lame duck of a president and has been since March 23, 2010  (the day he signed ObamaCare into the tax code).

When one is as irrelevant as is H. Obama,   one is left with making up stuff to brag about,  like,  "racism in our daily communications is at a low,  since my presidency," (never mind Ferguson or the race riots in DC, Berkeley, L.A., Chicago,  Brooklyn,  or the murder of two New York policemen,  men who died more than three weeks ago without a public statement one,  from either Obama or his henchman,  Eric Holder, since their deaths).   He pretends that he defeated Al Qaeda and the Taliban,  and claims that   "The world is more at piece than ever before."  "I have responsibly ended two wars,"  a claim he often makes in utter denial of the return of Al Qaeda-on-steroids (ISIS) in Iraq, and the Taliban,  waiting for Obama to finalize his retreat from Afghan theater as he ignores the pleas of the Afghanistan president,  begging us to say.

He policies have left the Democrat Party in shambles,  the world in flames,  and our future as a nation in doubt.

Other than that,  he has something to brag about,  no?

  1. Incredible. You just cannot give the man any credit at all. The Market is at record highs, gas at the pump is near Bush lows, we had a 5% GDP 4th quarter in 2014, and Obama's polling numbers are back on top. All that doom and gloom and what did you get for your time? Nothing. HAHAHAHAHAH

    1. The Market is on a high because of "drug" money coming from the American taxpayer. Its called "QE 1, 2, and 3." Gas prices at the pump has nothing to do with Obama's policies . . . . nothing. Apparently you did not get the Progessive Uptopian Memo on fossil fuels: use high gas prices to restructure domestic environmental practices. And despite what you say about that 4th quarter, the DOL statistics told us, yesterday, that the 2014 economy grew at a 2.4% rate, up from 2.2, the year before. Pardon me while I laugh at your version of recovery. I mean that is what you imply, right.
