Editor's notes: Understand that this blog has a zero tolerance for expressed racism. As proof, let me remind the readership that you [all] have never read a conservative racist "comment," not because I do not get such comments, but because I do not allow them. Also, not the fact that I have never posted a "monkey" picture of Michelle Obama or Maxine Waters or any insulting characterization, except for the Obama joker picture. And that was more "in retaliation" for the Bush joker pictures, than for any other reason. In fact, I make an effort to post complimentary pictures of those in the news - including Hillary and Nancy Pelosi.

I went to school in the South, and know what racism looks like. Not allowed, here. Scalise made some bad choices, more than a decade ago. Because the opposition has to go back 12 years, to find dirt on this man, tells me, that his life should not be typified by that 12 year old event. Woodrow Wilson and FDR both separated black soldiers from the white units and the now-deceased Democrat Senator, Byrd, was a KKK clansman and Grand PuPon. In fact, the KKK was a Democrat invention, and the Jim Crow laws? They were all written by Democrats . . . . . all of them.

My point? If we have to go back in time, maybe we should just move on. David Duke, however is different. He is a racist in the present time, as is Holder, Maxine Waters, Barbara Lee, Emmanuel Cleaver, and so many others. BTW, there are present day racists on the Conservative side, as well, I just don't listen to any of them, and, do not know their names for that reason.

I do know that Palin, Limbaugh, Hannity, and other outspoken Conservatives are labeled "racists" for only one reason: the Left has no clue how to win a debate with these people. So they take a 3rd grade strategy, and start calling names. Whatever.

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:

July 2, 2008, Obama had this to say: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."
