Libs really have no intellectual ability to deal with problematic realities. The transgender issue is not nearly the problem as is the Libs' solution to the problem. After reading this post, you will understand what I mean.

<<< Born a male,  this individual has gone through all the steps of "gender reassignment."  Question:  Anyone think she now wants to be known as a Purple Penguin?"

Katherine Timpf / National Review:NEW!
School Told to Call Kids ‘Purple Penguins’ Because ‘Boys and Girls’ Is Not Inclusive to Transgender  —  A Nebraska school district has instructed its teachers to stop referring to students by “gendered expressions” such as “boys and girls,” and use “gender inclusive” ones such as “purple penguins” instead.

Editor's notes:  The is exactly why I believe Utopian Libs have a few cards missing from their deck(s).  This is beyond silly.  There are only two sex's:  male and female  . . . . . . . . . .  period.  "Transgender" is not a sex,  it describes a sex change   . . . .   from one gender to the other.  And if "pre-op,"  the subject ALWAYS identifies with where he/she is going with their change.  If Bob becomes Bobbet,  she wants to be accepted as a female,  not some post-op freak,  or did I miss something?   "Gender inclusive" just goes to show the reader how confused the educated, academic class really is and how thoughtless they can be.    It is my understanding that a transgendered female wants to be accepted,  and accepted as a female.  If our schools are going to start teaching the kids that a trans-female is a different sex,  well,  how does that advance the acceptance of the individual?

I am not very understanding of all this,  but neither do I believe that teaching our kids that male and female are not the only genders in our world.  Such is both stupid-silly,  and harmful to those this nonsense is trying to include/help.
The instructions in the school district referenced above,  is a denial of gender,  altogether  -  not a move to being inclusive.  But that is how Libs solve problems;  create a problem out of nothing and, then,  present a "solution" that has nothing to do with reality.

When I was a kid,  people who do not accept their physical reality got therapy.  Now,  they get an operation.  I don't like that change.  But whether or not I accept this change,  the fact of the matter is this:  treating people as if they are not what they want to be  --  in this case  -- is not the solution,  either.

  1. Why is Smithson OBSESSED with transgender people? Maybe he finds it unsettling that he is attracted to transgender males? Who gives a damn, leave these people alone. They make up a tiny fraction of the population, less than 1%. Who cares? Smithson does, why?

  2. It is not "transgender" that is the problem, but the sheer stupidity of the Left and its refusal to deal with abject reality. Someone whines about not liking some aspect of life, and the Utopian nutball responds by saying, "Let's see if we can change your reality."

I don't like working. No problem, we will give you a measure a income so you can be free to lay around the house. After all, work is a curse.

I think I should be allowed to drive while stoned out of my mind. No problem. We will legalize the happy weed and make it impossible to keep you from driving while stoned.

I hate that I am not as masculine as my neighbor. No problem - cut your pecker off and call yourself a woman . . . . . this passes for intellectual compassion of the whacked out Leftist Class.

I want to marry whoever. No problem. We will fix it so you can marry your same sex best friend. Later, in the months and years to come, we will allow multiple partner weddings, marriage to your dog, or marriage to yourself or marriage to a six year old.

A school shooting in Pittsburgh demands that a Left Wing crack pot come to my house in California, and confiscate all my guns.

I will "destroy" ISIS, but I will not claim victory, nor will I vanquish them.

I respect the men and women under my command, but I demand that they sacrifice themselves if it prevents the deaths of civilians, during a foreign war. They are my pawns and I will use them in whatever way I think serves the greater good.

"I hate One Percenters." So says Anonymous while being a One Percenter, himself.

"I hate capitalism and trickle down, while profiting from same.

All this and more, is what I obsess about.

In a word, I hate stupidity as defined by all of the above Utopian positions.

  3. From one Anonymous to another, do you think the transgender folks want to be typed as "purple penguins." That is the point of Mr Smithson's post. Seems to be a well ordered question.

  4. No, but I would say Smithson is 'tranny curious'

    1. You are aware that Smithson's comments had nothing to do with being "tranny curious," right? He could have omitted reference to transgender, and made the same point. And if you approve of "tranny," why in the hell are you throwing it back at Smithson?

    3. My point remains. While teachers think they are helping the cause, they are only insulting the transgendered.
