Never forget: the cover-up is always worse than the crime. Keep in mind the chronology of this bit of IRS back-tracking: suddenly Obama's new law enforcement agency - the IRS - is admitting the obvious, those missing emails are still in their system. Why this admission and why now? Simply put, the regime never thought that a judicial entity, judicial agencies that also "own" jails and command enforcement of their demands. The Regime never thought that two district judges would get involved. They, the Regime we call "Occupy DC," they thought they had a working strategy . . . just ignore all legal orders coming from Congress, control the Department of Justice, demand allegiance from the major media, and, the fear of legal reprisals is gone. The fact that a court of law has gotten involved, took this Administration by complete surprise. Again and "suddenly," there are two different judges, in two different courts, both with the power of enforcement, demanding statements under oath with the threat of punishment for lying. This Regime knows, full well, that the next step in this matter, now that civilian courts are involved, is to demand access for the purpose of an autonomous investigation as to the possibility of recovery of these "lost" emails. It is better to begin the retreat, than to be investigated by an unstoppable force that may discover the lies told by this Administration. To make matters worse, in light of civilian court pressure, the fact that Obama declared that there was not a "smidgen of corruption," before any investigative report was written or completed, means that the WH is complicit in this cover-up, plain and simple. His interview with Bill O'Reilly IS the smoking gun, everyone is looking for, as to the involvement of the WH in this matter.
Fox News The head of the IRS confirmed Wednesday that investigators looking into missing emails from ex-agency official Lois Lerner have found and are reviewing “backup tapes” — despite earlier IRS claims that the tapes had been recycled.
