The man has a knack for making "I'm stupid as hell" sound like "genius." He sat on his skinny back-side for 5 years, hoping that the problems of the Middle East would take care of themselves without American "interference." He helped to disarm Ukraine, as a freshman Senator (2006) , and years later (February/March of 2014), offered to send them military rations when they asked for weaponry needed to resist Russian incursion into their country. But his Middle East Unilateral Fail, actually "officially" began in 2009, when he refused to honor treatises ALREADY in the works for missile defense systems in the Chezc Republic and Poland.

And now? We have this clown pushing the idea that Russia is not a serious concern as he watches while the Russians reignite the Cold War. In the video, he expresses his "number one concern," that of an atomic attack in New York City!!!! Too bad this Idealist Snob can't be worried about two things at the same time.
