The socialized programs of the Left have profoundly changed the work ethic of this country.  Never mind that federal Progressive welfare programs, over the past 50 decades, have all been fiscal disasters.

Sooner or later,  we WILL run out of money.  What happens then?  Answer:  none of us in the working class will be able to keep more than 20% on average,  of their income.  THAT is what will happen.  Understand that nearly half this nation receives some form of welfare,  and that number will increase by 30% under ObamaCare.  The other half,  soon to be "the other 35% of the population,"  already pay 95% of the total tax bill.  Taxes for all MUST increase,  dramatically, especially if and when the Chinese and Japanese decide to increase the rate of interest for they debt they hold.  The lie being told is this:  the rich will bail us out.

Here is a fact:  if we took 100% of the earnings of all the rich,  shutdown all federal buildings or sold the ones not in use,  and cut the military to nothing,  there still would not be enough money to pay our bills without borrowing.  The Middle Class tax would double,  almost immediately,  leaving the wage earner with less than 30% of his income to pay rent, buy food at inflated prices, and buy fuel at double the current price.  And if more and more folks quit the workforce,  all of the above will happen,  even before the Orientals jack our interest rates.  But,  hey,  keep voting for the clowns in Washington.  May I am wrong   . . . . . .    wanna bet?
There’s no difference between the disincentives to work found in the Affordable Care Act and welfare payments, says the former director of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
“It’s exactly the same thing,” Douglas Holtz-Eakin, now president of the American Action Forum (AAF), told CNSNews.com.
“Many low income workers will figure out that if they work more, they’ll have to give up their tax credits and some Obamacare subsidies. They’ll add up the benefits and conclude it’s not worth it to work another day or another shift,” the economist said.
Earlier this month, the current CBO director, Douglas Elmendorf, told members of Congress that Obamcare subsidies will make working less attractive for people on the lower end of the income scale “relative to what would have been the case in the absence of that Act.”
“As a result, some people will choose not to work or will work less – thus substituting other activities for work,” a CBO report noted.
