There are 13 courts with appellate jurisdiction over the 94 federal trial courts, and one Supreme Court which has review and legal authority over all courts, state and federal. Obama is trying to stack the appellate system with his socialist justice appointees. The battle in the Senate is most important, but, at this particular time, the battle is clearly a strategy for getting the ObamaCare crisis off the front page, above the fold.
In the video, filmed just last year, Obama plays the hypocrite, once again, as he pretends to support law and order within the Senate. Of course, he does not and his actions will prove this - again - to be true.
You should know that we have never had a president who functions outside established Constitutional law as much as Obama. When challenged in the federal appellate system and the Supreme Count, his Administration loses nearly 60% of those cases when all other previous Administrations won more than 70% of such cases. The last count I read, had Obama losing 15 of his first 27 cases appearing before the High Count. On several of those occasions, his Administration chose to ignore the final decision, and proceed as if they had dictatorial powers.
But, again, this is all about turning the attention away from the mess of ObamaCare.
