From the WaPost: Recently on this blog, Larry
Bartels drew attention to an astonishing fact: the public is as
conservative as it has been in 50 years. To highlight this point, Professor
Bartels presented the public’s policy mood — James Stimson’s measure
of public support for government programs—from 1950 to 2012. In a recent article,
Julianna Koch and I generated measures of policy mood for each state from
the 1950s to 2010 (our measures our here).
What we found is that the conservative opinion shift Professor Bartels
highlighted repeats itself in every state.
Editor’s
notes: I make emphasis
from this report, that the shift is
inclusive of a “right leaning” movement in each and every state in this
union.
You ask, “So why did we lose the 2012 elections?” And
the answer is rather simple: “We blew
it.”
There were 13 million fewer Democrat votes than were projected, yet "we" could not mount a winning campaign. You should remember that Sarah Palin and her constituency were almost completely ignored in the 2012 campaign, and Romney lost by the margin of those "missing" voters.

Understand that the RINO Herd, within the GOP, lead by such self-serving blowhards as John McCain and Congressman King, continue to suffer under the delusion that the conservative cause is NOT
winning the national debate, when, in fact,
it is.
When the Libs at the
WaPost cannot help but make this admission,
you know things are looking poorly for the Leftists.
We don't have to unite the GOP to win the 2014 midterms, but we must have unity to win the national election, 2016. Recent statements by Sean Hannity and others, advocating a third party, must not be allowed to dominate the conversation. We are winning and to "bail out, now," would be a serious, serious blunder.
