An open letter to Devin Nunes, my House Rep - a good conservative who is on the wrong side of this fight to repeal ObamaCare.

Devin,
If the party had united, in this battle,  instead of surrendering "because it is now the law,"  who knows what would have eventually happened.  I mean,  what about all those federal laws broken forever with regard to "sanctuary cities."  There are well over 60 such cities and the entire state of Oregon and they are all illegal.  The fact that laws are broken makes no difference at all to the Socialist/Progressives and,  in the end,  they get things done.  Again,  look what "they" did with the "one man,  one woman," amendment passed by the people here in California.  Dems decided not represent that law,  although it was the law that they do so.

Sorry, Devin,  but I am disappointed in you and this John McCain strategy you have.

Boehner is about to surrender in this budget deal,  and we "right wingers" know it.  We have already proven that we will not go to the polls if we believe we are being lied to.  The GOP tried to win the last election while ignoring Sarah Palin and those who she represents,  and Romney lost by about that many votes.  Coincidence?  I don't think so.

All and all,  I think you are doing a good job,  but to side with "all talk and no show" John McCain in all this,  is to go too far.   The GOP is not getting hurt any more than are the Democrats.  I know the polls showing 40% approve of the Dems and 28% approval of the GOP,  but I also know of the AP poll showing 37% approving of H Obama.  Those are Bush 43 numbers in 2006 and look what happened to his GOP in that midterm election.  You can't tell me Obama's approval demise is not include the Socialist/Progressives within his party.  And,  I believe the Dems are positioned for another disaster in 2014,  unless our GOP congressmen continue to degrade their base.

Like I always say to those who wish the teaparty would get lost,  "Try winning an election without us and see what happens."    Like it or not,  we are the power of the GOP.  Kiss our butts or get your political butts kicked in,  again.  That's the reality you all have to live with.  Kind of a pisser,  this business of "the will of the people,"  isn't is?!
