In a Politico article titled, Nancy
Pelosi Unplugged, (read “unhinged ~blog editor), we find a striking
interview with Pelosi, one that (a) demonstrates the division within her
own ranks and (b) reveals Pelosi as a decades old, One
World/Socialist. With Obama, aside for her praise of this clown,
Pelosi was given the opportunity to influence this nation as she oversaw
legislation that would drive this country far to the Left. That
legislative agenda was ObamaCare, a bill that rightly deserves her name
as “author” much more than any other single politician. Understand that
Obama had almost nothing to do with the details of this bill, only the
propaganda that was necessary to get the thing passed within his own
party (no Republicans were involved in the process, not one
amendment from the GOP, was allowed into the bill, and not one
Republican voted for this mess).
She objects to the harsh treatment handed out to
Obama, but seemingly forgets that she and her socialist friends
spent 8 stinking years, undermining nearly all that GW was trying to
do, calling him every kind of vile name in the book, visiting
foreign countries against the presidents wishes -- working to
undermine his influence overseas.
Obama spoke of a “revenge vote,” during the 2012
campaign. I am thinking that if revenge voting is “fine” with
Obama, it is fine with me. Speaking as a teaparty
supporter, it is about time the Dems get a taste of their own
tiresome rhetoric. They have been the ones who have refused to
compromise, a party decision made 30/40 years ago. While
the McCain’s of the world think Dems really want to “get along,” those
of us with common sense, know better. We are tired of the
decades old "Left" turn this nation has taken, of the
partnership between Democrat Socialists and fat cats in the GOP, and the
wreckless/retarded spending of Big Government types.
Their socialist resolve is so comprehensive that it includes
their determination to own our children. That is the greatest sin of all,
and so few Americans even care.
At any rate, here is Pelosi whining about
something she help cultivate, in Washington Politics.
Striking a
tone of disgust, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi ridicules the GOP as
obsessed with its loathing of President Obama and hell-bent on hurting him
politically, regardless the cost. She assigns little to no blame to the
president (even though Democrats privately say that’s laughable) and instead
portrays him as saintly, above reproach and the victim of jealousy or something
worse. After 26 years in the House, she
says, “I haven’t seen anything like it. I haven’t seen anything like it.”
Throughout a
50-minute interview on Thursday in her second-floor Capitol office, where the
late Speaker Tip O’Neill used to receive supplicants, Pelosi was sharply
derisive about the scorn Republicans have for this president. “You know why it is,” she said. “You know
why it is. He’s brilliant, … he thinks in a strategic way in how to get
something done … and he’s completely eloquent. That’s a package that they don’t
like.”
