Editor's notes: understand that Fox News has been
around since the last two years of Bill Clinton. Under Bill's
presidency, the country was divided along party lines, as
always. Ditto under the eight years of Bush 43. The Dems and their
evolving Marxist Media treated Reagan as if he had the plague and accused him
of all sorts of evil - but the Republicans got even during the
Clinton years. Up until four years ago, the political battles were
just that, political battles.
Today, we are hopelessly divided along class and
racial lines, at a level not seen since the 1950"s. Same people on
both sides of the political aisle; same general debates, same fight
over issue.
So what has changed? We have only one choice as to an
answer, Barack Obama came alone and has incited his "new"
constituency to race baiting and class envy. Before Obama, you simply did not see the
level of angst that exists today.
"They" see him as "the Lord and Savior," and sing songs of praise to him, songs written and intended for Jesus Christ. Because they seem him as an answer to prayer, his words mean more than might be otherwise, the case.
Obama made it clear that the 2012 election, was an opportunity for
"revenge," and his conduct since the election proves that this
is what his agenda is all about. And the word of the day, for all of
the Democrat/Socialist Unions and radicalized
ethnic groups is “revenge.” You see and hear its heavy rhetorical breath
each and every day. His side, would "take it to the streets" in an instant.
Robert Kennedy Jr., is too far down the food chain in the Kennedy clan to be half as intelligent as his father and JFK. So we really should not give him much attention -- but the point that needs to be correct on every occasion it comes into the discussion, is this business of class warfare and race baiting. Obama knows it works, and has successfully used these two powerful forces to help win the past election.
Can another Democrat, a white Hillary, for example, make full use of the same tools? Never forget that Obama lost 8 million votes since the 2008 election. If Hillary loses even more, she is quite beatable, contrary to popular belief.
Just how much damage Obama does to the social fabric of this once great nation, is up for grabs, and a troubling consideration because we do not know the answer to that question. Is he willing to destroy the country in order to rebuild it - most definitely. Will that happen? No one knows. There ARE thoughtful people in both political camps. We can only hope that commonsense and a true concern for the unity of this nation will reign supreme.
