A few months ago, some
guy charged Travolta with being a fag* who frequented “gay” bathhouses. He even sued the actor for libel when
Travolta and his lawyer gave their response.
What you may not know is that the California case brought by the
would-be author, was thrown out of court
as a frivolous lawsuit this past September.
What you, also, may not know is that California has a law
that discourages frivolous lawsuits.
Well, this past
week, a California court awarded
Travolta his court costs for defending against the false (apparently) claims of
the would-be author, and awarded
Travolta a judgment of $139,645.17 to cover court costs.
Normally, this Review
does not carry “gossip” type stories,
but Travolta is a big name, his
reputation was put up for grabs in the Complicit Money Grubbing Media, and his victory needs to be reported.
