Are you aware that Reagan never blamed Carter for the difficulties he experienced in the first two years of his Administration; George Bush never blamed his problems on the destruction of the economic center of the entire world (the Twin Towers) nor on any other circumstance. Blame is not the game the GOP plays - and Romney will not blame Obama. He will just get the job done.
