Bush might be blamed for Obama's election (no??), but "Its Bush's fault" no longer works for the Slickster.

According to The Hill in its own survey,  “Two-thirds of likely voters say the weak economy is Washington’s fault, and more blame President Obama than anybody else, according to a new poll for The Hill.    It found that 66 percent believe paltry job growth and slow economic recovery is the result of bad policy. Thirty-four percent say Obama is the most to blame, followed by 23 percent who say Congress is the culprit. Twenty percent point the finger at Wall Street, and 18 percent cite former President George W. Bush.”

Finally,  after all these years,  Obama is taking heat for the economy  ------  just in time for the November 6th elections.  Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy, either.   What is most interesting as relates to this survey is the fact that Bush is not only not being blamed for the bad economy,  he is long gone on that score.  The blame game is no longer working for the Democrats.  Such a shame,  since that is, obviously,  all they’ve got to run on.

Kind of makes you wonder if "they" ever fully believed the nonsense that this was all Bush's fault.  I mean,  all of Bush's spending was voted on and approved by the Dems as well as the Republicans and from 2007 thru 2010,  they controlled the House of Representatives,  when 90% of Obama's spending occurred.

I, for one,  never understood the Dems angst at Bush's spending,  especially in view of the fact that Obama once stated,  "All government spending is stimulus."  That statement and the "reasoning" that goes into making the statement is why the Pelosi libs  (you know,  all the party's blond population) believe that food stamps and unemployed benefits are major stimulus for this economy.  "Major" for folks with no real solutions,  but an idiot's statement,  otherwise.

Time for a little hope and change.
