Finally, after three years, Midknight Review is vindicated -- ACORN really is alive and well.

Former ACORN Director Gets $445 Mil From U.S. Treasury
June 07, 2012 |  Judicial Watch report found here.
The Obama Administration has given a former director at the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) nearly half a billion dollars to offer “struggling” Illinois homeowners mortgage assistance, a Judicial Watch investigation has found.
It means the ACORN official (Joe McGavin) will go from operating a corrupt leftist community group that’s banned by Congress  . . . . .  to controlling over $445 million in U.S. taxpayer funds.  The money is part of a $7.6 billion Treasury Department program to help the “unemployed or substantially underemployed” make their mortgage payments. . . . . .
The Obama-tied community organization supposedly shut down after a series of exposés about its illegal activities, including fraudulent voter registration drives and involvement in the housing market meltdown. Read all about it in Judicial Watch’s special report, “The Rebranding of ACORN.” The legal scandals led Congress to pass a 2009 law banning federal funding for ACORN, which for years enjoyed a huge flow of taxpayer dollars to promote its various leftwing causes.
The Obama Administration has violated the congressional ACORN funding ban, however. Last summer Judicial Watch uncovered records that show ACORN got tens of thousands of dollars in grants to “combat housing and lending discrimination.” The money came via Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which awarded a $79,819 grant to AHCOA. . . . . . .

Editor’s notes:  this story is especially irksome to this editor.  On Christman eve,  2009,  the Democrat controlled congress gave the Obama Administration full access without accountability,  to GSA funds (Fannie and Freddie).  Midknight Review was the only blog on the web to report this story or register a complaint.  As a result of my story,  dated December 26, 2009,  this blog’s original url was shutdown.  I lost 2500 articles, all of my readership,   and had to start over,  again.  Of course,  I was startled that such could be the case in a free society.
The Steady Drip reported this story.  I agree with that blog’s owner,  that it was not Google, per se, shutting me down,  but someone within the Google complex.  I have not had any trouble,  since,  and many of my articles have been more accusatory than the one that lead to the shutdown  --  but the fact remains that this happened,  and there was no appeal process for me.

Midnight Review has changed URL - Google shut down my Midknight Review on Dec 26.

Google shut down my Midknight Review on Dec 26.

Read about it:Google purges Midknight Review from the Internet for bogus reasons.

My opinion is that a renegade agent (Google employee) is responsible for this rather than it being the policy of Google.

But my calamity is not the story.  Understand that Midknight Review made the accusation  that Congress,  on Dec. 24 of 2009,  had given Obama access to funding that would relieve the undersieged -ACORN organization to receive clandestine funding while pretending to have gone  “out of  business.”

There have been several stories since that time,  vindicating my suspicions,  but none more to the point than this.  ACORN have never missed a beat.  It has only reorganized itself under different names  (more than 10 ) and continues to receive financial support from the Anarchists in our White House.

You should know that Obama’s huge 2008 volunteer army of  techno-brats,  more than 13,000 young people,  are “missing in action,”  this year.  He needs ACORN in the worst way.  So,  ACORN  is back,  along with its total disregard for the law or fairness.

You might find The Steady Drip's lead story,  for this day,  June 11,  and interesting one.  Diane West has a story entitled:

Diana West - “biggest potential crime in all of American history.”

I do not give this storyline much attention,  but I do believe that something is seriously wrong with the details of the Obama defense.  Anytime it takes someone more than four years to come up with a document most of us have the top drawer of our dresser,  well,  you know something is critically wrong.

If Obama defeated in the coming election,  expect to see revelations about this story that should have been reported before he made a mess of the American Dream.
