Problem: this is a stall tactic designed to help in his re-election campaign. Let's not forget that Obama just completed 48 hours of non-stop lobbying against the pipeline (just last week). He was successful in shutting down Keystone by a total of 3 Democrat votes.
You should know that All six governors approve of Keystone and the environmental Nazis at the EPA have approved the pipeline twice.
His Thursday "visit" is a closed assembly, covered only by a select media and individuals who are pro-Obama. In other words, he is appearing before a very controlled audience. In common terms, this is nothing but a photo-op.
Finally, he is not calling this project "Keystone South" or some such name. Rather, he is referring to it as the Cushing Pipeline.
