Day #3 of deliberations. Today, there are two issues being considered. The first is the issue of severability - can parts of the law continue when other parts of the law have been stricken down? The second issue has to do with the "new" relationship of Medicaid to the this law and, especially, the continuing power of Congress to administer Medicaid.. We have set up the blog in much the same manner as yesterday. No national/political news until Thursday (this is killing me but I want the Loyals to this blog - 1400 yesterday and an estimated 2000 today) - to share in some of the most comprehensive coverage of this historic moment in time, anywhere on the web.
