About the Conservative victory and its potential in 2012 as witnessed in the Wisconsin referendum for Scott Walker

Your friendly (obviously) editor has this to say about Wisconsin, Sarah Palan, the other hero's of the grassroots TEA movement and the New GOP but first, read these headlines . . . just the headlines.

Why the Governor lost out in the battle for the media

“By a 2 to 1 margin, voters across that state are either strongly opposed to Walker’s proposal or think that it goes too far

A new poll shows Wisconsinites – by a 2 to 1 margin – say Governor Scott Walker’s attacks on worker rights have gone too far. (this is a part of the story found in the Wisconsin Eduation Association Council's newsletter -- a lie from the get-go), and . . .
Poll: WI Gov. Scott Walker Would Not Get Elected Today

Understand the totality of the Wisconsin Marxist lie (framed above) : In the midterms, just last November (four months ago), Wisconsin voters voted long time and well established Liberal, Russ Feingold, out of office; perhaps one of the biggest surprises in the midterm destruction of the Democrat Party. In addition to Feingold's unexpected defeat [by a healthy margin] , Wisconsin voters "flipped" both state houses of congress, moving both the state's Senate and House of Representatives from Democrat control to Republican. Finally, the state's voters expelled their Democrat governor and replaced him with Scott Walker, the GOP candidate.

What is noteworthy about the November, 2010 elections is found in its comparison to 2008 election results in which Obama won the state by 17 points !!! A complete turn-around.

The headlines noted above would have you think the midterm election result had totally reversed itself. Turns out that nothing of the kind was ever true. All of the headlines above and the stories claimed to be true news analysis were wrong headed and intentionally deceptive at the most basic of levels.

We have just witnessed a conspiracy to defeat the GOP in its effort to balance an 3.6 billion dollar deficit. It involved the AFL-CIO and state teacher unions along with the Parrot Press. It involved the suspension of Constitutional governance on the part of the Democrats. It involved felony violations of state law prohibiting teachers from going on strike. It included the support of the national press and the president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama.

And how did this all turn out? Well, yesterday morning, the Dems were claiming victory in an election for justice of the Supreme Court in Wisconsin. The Liberal candidate claimed victory by a margin of just 204 votes, state wide. She actually held a press conference and announced victory.

The state, following an election, goes through a process called "canvas processing." That process begins with the end of voting and continues until all voting issues are resolved. During this process, a discovery was made that several thousand votes, counted and recorded, had not been sent on to the Associated Press. In the end, this oversight has given Judge Prosser a vote count of 750, 924 to the Progressive candidates total of 743,546, more than a 7,000 vote margin.

Understand that Democrats and Republican alike are members of the election board supervising the canvas processing. All of them, Democrats and Republicans released a statement declaring the circumstance to be an oversight, someone not pressing the "save" button at the right time.

From the WisconsinPolitics.com, we have this summary statement :
The wild swing in Prosser's favor immediately raised concerns among Dems, who pointed out Nickolaus is a former staffer for the Assembly Republican Caucus who was granted immunity in the investigation into allegations of illegal campaign activities on state time. Ramona Kitzinger, the Democratic member of the county board of canvass, defended the process. She agreed with Nickolaus that the board "went over everything and made sure that all the numbers jived up, and they did." "I'm the Democratic vice chair of Waukesha County, so I'm not going to stand here and tell you something that's not true," Kitzinger said.

This is some of the best news of the year. Understand that the Marxist unions and socialist teachers associations throughout the state declared this to be a referendum election on the new Wisconsin political circumstance and Governor Scott Walker. O.K., fine; so be it.

I have claimed since early last year that Barack Hussein Obama is the worst thing to happen to progressivism and the Democrat Party in my life time. In fact, looking back a hundred years, I cannot find any political equation, on a national level, that has been more harmful to Socialist Democrats than this angry black man in our White House. Plenty of good black politicians around, including Colin Powell (not my cup of tea but a good man, nonetheless).

You libs who read my pontifications, let me ask you this question:

Do any of you realize just how demoralized we conservatives were after the 2008 elections? Our party (the GOP) had been taken over by liberal mind set, people who only pretended to be for state governance and returning power to the people. Gingrich had failed us. GW was an Establishment Republican as was McCain and Lindsey Graham. Some 5 million conservatives did not vote in the 2008 elections. Why? well, they were sending a message to GOP leadership and the message was this: "try winning any more elections with giving true conservatism its proper place in the American politic. Want to be "Establishment? Fine. But do it in the Democrat party. "

That was the message and people like Mitch McConnell and John Boehner got the message. Heck, yesterday, Speaker Boehner told the press, "There is no daylight between me and the TEA Party." Great !! The second best news of the year !!

But back to my "question" for the libs. Understand that the Democrat Party had us on the ropes. All Mr. Obama had to do was to live up to his promises of transparency, fairness in matters political, bi-partisanship and shared legislative responsibility. He could have crafted the end of conservatism for half a century or more. Instead, he abandoned the notion of "incrementalism," and declared war on conservative America, making fun of its allegiance to the Constitution and its belief that we, the people, are intelligent enough to govern ourselves. Do you all understand just how close you came to defeating a conservative public opinion that had governed this nation from its very beginning, replete with admitted shortcomings and immoral behavior??? You were THAT close.

You have heard of getting ahold of a "tiger by the tail," right? Well, we, the people, are the tiger and all you have done is piss us off. When you tell 70 million voters to drop dead, as did Pelosi and Reid in 2009, you should expect to reap the whirlwind in return. It started with the victory of Scott Brown, taking over a Democrat Senate seat of 50 or 60 years. It spread to the midterm destruction of the Democrat Party and has its sights fixed on 2012. Understand that if the GOP wins that election, all of this socialist BS will be taken down.

Do you Socialist Libs understand just how close you came and how far reaching your demise might be? No one here is jumping up and down. We conservatives are as serious as a heart attack. And if we win in 2012, the celebration will be for a couple of two or three months (he he he) and then we will get back to holding folks accountable. Understand that "we" are not Republicans so much as we are proud conservatives.

And that is the point of my post. We "non-politicals" have to depend on someone, and that "someone" will include folks like Governor Palin, Paul Ryan, Time Pawlenty, Bobby Jingle of Louisiana, Chris Christie, Scott Walker, the governors of Ohio, Indiana, Texas and Florida, Senators such a Marco Rubio and new converts such as John Boehner and Mitch McConnell. What a line-up. And they are not running from their new found conservative base.

I wish I could say, "All is well," but I can't. All I say, in retrospect is , "Its time a little red beer. Care to join me??" E- hah !!!

Note: I dropped "party" from TEA because I think it works better without the party. TEA is an acronym for Taxed Enough Already. I understand that Tea Party is an illusion to the Boston Tea Party, but that was then and this is now. We are conservatives who believe there is no end to spending if increased taxation is the political strategy for balancing budgets and paying for stuff. To our political leaders, we have this to say,

We have given you enough of our money. Live with it or get out of Washington.
