Back in early 2008, part of our reporting included anecdotal headline reviews, kind of like this:
Is this a good idea: DISCOVERY, Catholic Church team for exorcism reality show...
Maybe not, but this headline is hit: ELIZABETH EDWARDS LEAVES JOHN OUT OF HER WILL...
Check this out: New edition of 'Huck Finn' scrubs 'N' word.......and we think this is an alright idea . . . . if the book had been written today. Are we now going to purge all historical works because of a an offensive word? But wait, apparently we are going to criminalize the use of the "n . . ger" word as reported here: Trial set for reporter's use of 'N' word.... . . . understand that freedom of speech does not exist if we cannot offend or lie. But, then again, maybe there is hope -- Police To Stop Citing People For Using Profanity...
Ah, kind of feels good, going back in time to a previous format. Now, back to the task of original content and those pesky "end notes." Your response has been great. We must be on the right track.
