Its not politicial news but it is our favorite TV series - The Closer is done after 2011.

Kyra Sedgwick, a little known actress and star of the most successful cable series in history, The Closer, has announced the 2011 season to be her last season.

The really big news is the fact that this babe has been married to the same fellow since September 4, 1988 (22 years) and has been involved in the Hollywood scene without a single scandal (sex or otherwise) being attributed to either her or her very successful actor husband.

He is 7 years older and the couple have two children, 22 and 18 years old.

The couple supports gay marriage, in California, but that is not a point for this post.

Sorry to see the show come to an end but . . . . . . . . . . . . . good for her !!!
