Palin endorses and O'Donnell, suddenly, is a contender in tommorrow's election.

Too Close to Call in Delaware — It looks like there's a real possibility of a major upset in the Delaware Senate primary on Tuesday night, with insurgent conservative Christine O'Donnell leading longtime Congressman and Governor Mike Castle 47-44. That 3 point lead is well within the poll's margin of error. . . . .

Editor's notes: this is, perhaps, one of the most astounding stories of the month. Christine O'Donnell and Mike Castle are two Republicans vying for the GOP nomination for one of Delaware's Senate seats. Two weeks ago, no one took O'Donnell's candidacy seriously. Her polling numbers were not good and news revelations about tax problems appeared to be the final pegs in her political coffin. Enter Sarah Palin and her endorsement of the Congresswoman and you have our headline news story.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, is the state's primary election. O'Donnell is heavily supported by the TEA Party movement, including this blog. Questions about Christine's student loans and income tax issues have been brought to light, recently, AND given explanation by the Congresswoman. If Timothy Geithner's outright lying on his income tax forms (he claimed his daughter's stay at a summer camp as a "business deduct") is not cause for concern, we are not going to get our political panties in a bunch about problems this woman has had in the past, problems experienced by millions of well-meaning Americans. Understand that no one is claiming dishonesty on the part of O'Donnell.

Point of post: to make the point that "times are a-changing." The "major media" has lost its claim of impartiality. As a result, ALL stories of a similar theme need to be read with a certain sense of suspicion. With the Marxist Media, their reporting is in line with the notion of "agenda news" and should be given little attention, for that reason. As to Palin's endorsement: the Governor will say that her endorsements do not amount to much, but we think there is more than "coincidence" involved in the fact of O'Donnell's sudden rise popularity.
